Natural convection of water and nano‐emulsion phase change material inside a square enclosure to cool the electronic components

The usage of natural convection has many applications for cooling and controlling the temperature electronic components. Therefore, in present simulation, average Nusselt number maximum surface's components are studied by adding nano-emulsion phase change material (NPCM) with water as base fluid. Because, previous studies show that NPCM to a fluid can increase specific heat capacity mixture order solid–liquid transition. used consists n-eicosane core sodium lauryl sulphate shell. geometry includes square enclosure top wall cold bottom hot component constant flux. In current study, effects Rayleigh numbers (), volume fraction () investigated understand behaviors on transfer parameters. observations is directly related thickness zone. Moreover, optimal value 0.012 increases 7.3% 5.4% low high numbers, respectively.
